Their commitment in this partnership is clearly illustrated through their interaction with medical device manufacturers, by understanding their requirement, helping them to navigate through in this highly regulated landscape and get their device place in the market. While at the same time, MTSC Sdn Bhd is doing their bid to continue to assist and build up the Medtech ecosystem within Malaysia. Their activities and their effort has helped UL acquired a significant number of medical Device manufacturers from Penang to Kuala Lumpur. MTSC was appointed as GW Instek official distributor in 2014. The reason GW Instek selected MTSC as our distributor is because of MTSC diverse business portfolio. From a small player in GW Instek distributorship in Malaysia, MTSC has grown to be number 1 distributor in 2017 in 3 years period. MTSC has been a local company we started to partner since 2014. In the beginning, we have some doubt if an organization headed by a former service manager can really help ViTrox to expand customer base for sales with main goals of penetrating more local customers and improve the serviceability and repeat orders from ViTrox Corporate customers around the South East Asia region.
