PTI-500X Fully Auto First Article Inspection FAI Tester is mainly used for the first article inspection of the SMT production process in electronics factories.
The operation of the tester for the first unit of PCBA inspection includes integrating the BOM, XY coordinates and Gerber/HD graphic to generate
the program automatically ,fast and accurate component inspection, automatic analysis, and generating a first-article inspection report. This will increase production efficiency and production capacity while enhancing quality control.
